Debt Ditcher Academy (DDA) Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Debt Ditcher Academy (“Program”), operated by Madison J LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you (“Client,” “Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or participate in the Program.
1) Program Overview
Debt Ditcher Academy is an 8-week group coaching and educational program designed to support your personal finance growth, including building a debt payoff plan, aligned spending habits, and wealth-building foundations.
The Program may include, depending on your enrollment tier:
Weekly group coaching calls and/or live trainings
Digital curriculum (video lessons, worksheets, templates, calculators)
Community access (e.g., group chat, platform community)
Additional resources, bonuses, or guest trainings
Support via chat or email (as outlined in your purchased tier)
Program dates, curriculum, and delivery methods may be updated at the Company’s discretion to improve participant experience.
2) Educational Purpose Only (Not Financial Advice)
You understand and agree that:
The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company is not a financial advisor, broker, tax professional, or attorney, and does not provide regulated financial advice.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, actions, and results.
Any examples, debt payoff claims, financial outcomes, or success stories shared are not guarantees of your results.
You agree to consult with a qualified professional before making financial decisions related to your specific situation.
3) Eligibility + Personal Responsibility
By enrolling, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are mentally and emotionally able to participate in the Program
You will take full responsibility for your participation, actions, and results
You acknowledge that your results depend on many factors, including your income, expenses, debts, consistency, and implementation.
4) Payment Terms
You agree to pay the full Program investment listed at checkout, either:
Paid in full, or
Through an approved payment plan
If you choose a payment plan:
You authorize recurring charges according to the schedule shown at checkout
You agree to maintain an active payment method on file
You remain responsible for all payments, even if you stop participating
Failed payments: If a payment fails, you will have a limited time to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved, your access may be paused or revoked until your account is current.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to revoke access immediately and pursue collection of outstanding balances.
5) Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the nature of digital education and group coaching, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Not attending calls
Not using the resources
“Not having time” to participate
Disliking the material or delivery style
Results not meeting expectations
You are responsible for choosing to participate fully and implementing the work.
6) Lifetime Access to Program Materials
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the Program materials and training videos, meaning access for as long as the Program exists and remains available.
You understand that:
The Company may update, replace, remove, or modify materials over time
Platforms and delivery methods may change
“Lifetime access” refers to the life of the Program, not your lifetime as an individual
Community access (if included) may be time-limited and may expire after the Program ends.
7) Calls, Scheduling, and Replays
If your Program includes live calls:
Call dates/times will be provided in advance
You are responsible for attending live or watching the replay (if provided)
Replays may be available for a limited time, depending on your enrollment tier
The Company does not guarantee that every call will have a replay (for example, due to tech issues).
8) Participant Conduct + Community Standards
Debt Ditcher Academy is a supportive and respectful space.
You agree to:
Treat other participants with respect
Avoid harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or harmful behavior
Keep discussions supportive and not disruptive
Not solicit or promote unrelated services inside the community
The Company reserves the right to remove you from the Program and community without refund if you violate these standards.
9) Confidentiality
We respect your privacy, and you agree to respect the privacy of others.
You may not:
Share screenshots, recordings, or private discussions from the Program community
Disclose personal information shared by other participants
You understand that group coaching is a shared environment and cannot be guaranteed as fully confidential. You participate at your own discretion.
10) Intellectual Property + Use of Materials
All Program materials are owned by the Company and protected by copyright.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or republish Program content
Record calls (unless you receive written permission)
Share templates, calculators, worksheets, or training videos with non-participants
Use materials to create your own competing program or offer
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and potential legal action.
11) Technology + Platform Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Having reliable internet access
Access to the platform(s) used for DDA (Zoom, course portal, community platform, etc.)
Ensuring you can open and use program resources
The Company is not responsible for participant-side tech limitations.
12) Testimonials + Client Permission
By participating, you agree that the Company may request testimonials or feedback. You may choose whether or not to provide one.
If you submit a testimonial, review, or written feedback, you grant the Company permission to use it for marketing purposes, including:
Website
Social media
Emails
Sales pages
Ads
The Company will never share private financial details without your consent.
13) No Guarantees
You acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee:
Specific debt payoff results
Income increases
Credit score changes
Investment growth
Financial outcomes of any kind
Success depends on your personal implementation and circumstances.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to your participation in the Program
You agree to hold the Company harmless for any outcomes related to your financial decisions
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program
15) Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program if:
Payments fail or remain unpaid
You violate community standards
You violate the intellectual property policy
You engage in harassment, harmful behavior, or illegal activity
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
16) Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, you agree to attempt resolution in good faith by contacting the Company first at: [email protected].
If resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any dispute will be pursued in accordance with the laws and venue of the State of Arizona.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18) Updates to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to participate, you agree to the updated Terms.
